Please note tour group bookings are subject to different terms and payment conditions and unfortunately cannot be accepted via the online booking platform.
Minimum night stay
With strong ties to the former owners, (Kate’s much-loved Aunt bought The Seaview back in 1992) Jason and Kate have renovated this historic Cooktown gem in a contemporary yet nostalgic style as befits an iconic property of its era.
Meals
Please be advised that The Seaview does not currently offer meals although there are numerous great eateries within walking distance.
Deposit and Payment of balance
Booking Deposit
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee your reservation within 14 days of the booking. A booking is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Payment of balance
The balance of the booking amount (75%) is due 30 days from arrival date as noted on the confirmation.
Cancellation fees
Cancellations must be received in writing via email during business hours.
Cancellations received more than 30 days from the arrival date will forfeit the 25% deposit.
Cancellations received within 30 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the booking total.
